This Sculpture is made by Dutch artist Antoinette Briet. Her forms always are an abstraction of movement in the world of animals. In this particular sculpture she shows here admiration to freedom, the power and the way of moving cheetah's perform.
Antoinette Briet, as an artist, loves to work with animals because it gives her the possibility to use abstractions to show more or les movement. Beside sculpturing the artist loves to be outside and explore nature. Running, on her mountainbike or hiking through Europe she gets inspiration for again new sculptures. Her work can be found in Museums, public spaces such as parks and community houses, and in Eindhoven on the campus of the Technical University.
